[ Data Protection Officer ]

The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted in all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights by the persons to whom the data relates, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at the email address: iod@innoTech4life.pl or the mailing address of the Data Administrator with the note Data Protection Officer.

[ Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data ]

Please be informed that your personal data will be processed under the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR) for the following purposes: In terms of contact by phone or email
  • to respond to questions asked via email and to maintain contact with you, which constitutes the legally justified interest of the administrator (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Personal data will be processed until the expiration of claims. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for contact.
  • for the purpose of defense against claims or pursuing claims based on the legally justified interest pursued by the data administrator (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
In terms of Contractors
  • to verify the correctness of authorization to act on behalf of the Contractor, including verification of the above data in public registers, contacting in matters related to the performance of the Agreement and as legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator based on art. 6 para.1 lit b and f GDPR. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract until the expiration of claims;
  • for the purpose of defense against claims or pursuing claims based on the legally justified interest pursued by the data administrator (art. 6 para. 1lit. f GDPR).

[ Recipients of Personal Data ]

The recipients of the data are:
  1. authorized employees and associates of the Company,
  2. entities processing data on behalf and on the order of the Data Administrator, based on a contract for the processing of personal data, in order to provide specific services in the contract, e.g., legal; advisory, financial-accounting services.

[ Rights of the Data Subjects ]

You have the following rights:
  1. the right to access your personal data (art. 15 GDPR), including obtaining a copy of the data (art. 15 para. 3 GDPR),
  2. the right to rectify (correct) or supplement incomplete personal data (art.16 GDPR),
  3. the right to request the deletion of your personal data in cases provided by law (art. 17 GDPR),
  4. the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data (art. 18 GDPR),
  5. the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format and to transfer them when the processing is based on your consent or a contract, and also when the processing is carried out by automated means (art. 20 GDPR),
  6. the right to object to the processing of your personal data if they are processed for the purpose of realizing the legitimate interest of the Administrator, for reasons related to your particular situation, including profiling (art. 21 GDPR).

In cases where you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office located in Warsaw, ul. [ Automated Decision Making ]

The Administrator does not make decisions based solely on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, regarding the data subjects.

[ Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area (EEA) ]

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
